Privacy Policy


  1. Ultrasound Weight Loss Ltd (“The Company”) reserves the right to refuse treatment to any person or persons.
  2. The Company has a list of contraindications which it uses to determine who it can and cannot treat on medical grounds. Whilst this list represents the vast majority of medical conditions that could be aggravated by the treatment, any client who has a pre-existing medical condition is advised to seek medical advice before commencing treatment.
  3. The Company regrets that it can accept no responsibility for any adverse medical effects caused by the treatment where it relates to any pre-existing medical condition.
  4. If the client feels their treatment is effecting their health in any way, they should immediately cease treatment and seek advice from a medical professional.
  5. All treatments are provided on a pre-payment basis. No treatment will take place without payment being received from the client.
  6. Clients are advised to arrive for treatments 5 to 10 minutes before their pre-arranged treatment time.
  7. If a client arrives more than 5 minutes after their pre-arranged appointment start time, their treatment will be forfeited and no refund will be supplied.
  8. If a client wishes to change or rebook an appointment they must do so more than 48 hours before the appointment start time. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the appointment and no refund will be given.
  9. The Company reserves the right to move any appointment to any reasonable time within 56 days of the original appointment without offer of compensation.
  10. The Company reserves the right to change the location that the client’s treatments will take place at without offer of compensation as long as it is within reasonable travelling distance of the original location.
  11. If the client wishes to terminate their treatments they can do so by contacting head office. No refunds will be offered in these circumstances.
  12. If a client fails to attend 2 pre-arranged appointments in a row without prior cancellation, it will be assumed that the client wishes to terminate treatment. In these circumstances all future appointments will be considered void and no refund offered.
  13. Due to the many external factors that can affect both weight gain and loss within the human body, no guarantee can be given as to the effectiveness of the treatment and no refunds will be given on the basis of results not being in line with client expectation.
  14. This treatment is only available to be persons over the age of 18
  15. The company cannot guarantee entry to the clinic to any person under the age of 16
  16. Clients are advised not to bring small children with them when attending treatments.
  17. Refunds will only be given in the following circumstances:
    1. The company are unable to treat the client within 56 days of the original booked appointment.
    2. The company refuses to treat the client due to circumstances beyond the client’s control.
    3. The Company accepts that there are fair grounds for a refund and therefore offers one at their own discretion.
    4. Any refund will be processed back to the card from which it was taken within 14 days of the refund being agreed by a member of the management team with the authority to do so.
