It is with regret that despite having pioneered ultrasonic cavitation treatment in the UK and successfully treating in excess of 10,000 customers, we find ourselves in a position where by at this time we must suspend trading with immediate effect due to circumstances beyond our control.
Whilst most will have received all the treatments they have paid for, we appreciate that for many clients this is not the case. Ultrasound Weight Loss would like to reaffirm its commitment to ensure no client is left out of pocket and will of course do its utmost to process refunds for affected clients. However, due to the time intensive nature of this process and the fact that all clients will have paid for treatments using a credit or debit card, we would strongly recommend that you contact your card issuer to obtain a refund on your behalf where applicable as this will be the fastest method of retrieving any monies owed.
It is Ultrasound Weight Loss Ltd’s intention to explore alternative methods of enabling customers still outstanding treatments, and who do not wish to obtain a refund at this time to receive a comparable service elsewhere however please appreciate that this may be a long and potentially fruitless process.
